We ship every order across the United Kingdom completely free — no minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 6 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your postcode and courier volume, particularly during busier periods.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow it right through to your door.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@rayneoflondon.com. We're able to make changes right up until an order is dispatched — once it's on its way, we're unable to intercept it, but our Return & Refund Policy covers you from there.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Delays are uncommon, but they do happen — most often due to courier network volume rather than anything on our end. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number and we'll track it down and keep you updated until it's resolved.
