Shipping policy

We think getting dressed for the season shouldn't come with extra costs — every order ships free, anywhere in the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required.

Where We Deliver

We currently ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 6 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 6–9 business days. Delivery windows can shift slightly depending on your postcode and courier demand, especially during peak periods.

Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, get in touch as soon as possible at contact@musesilhouette.co.uk. We can make changes right up until dispatch — once an order is on its way, we're no longer able to intercept it, but our Return & Refund Policy will take care of you from there.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Delays are rare, and usually come down to courier volume rather than anything on our end. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us with your order number and we'll look into it and keep you updated until it's sorted.
